Last night four teams played, the Columbus Blue Jackets faced off against the Anaheim Ducks, the Chicago Blackhawks played the Calgary Flames, the LA Kings played the St. Louis Blues, the Winnipeg Jets played the Florida Panthers, and the NY Islanders played the Ottawa Senators. The Blue Jackets scored a total of three goals to top the Ducks two. The Flames scored three goals by Ollie Jokinen, Jay Bouwmeester, and Jarome Iginla. Brent Seabrook was the only one that scored for the Blackhawks. The final score was one, to three. St. Louis scored the lone goal in the Kings, Blues game. Jaroslav Halak got a shutout to win the game for the Blues. Florida topped Winnipeg in a two, one end score. Kris Versteeg and Sean Bergenheim scored for the Panthers. In overtime the Islanders got a goal from Mark Eaton to push New York past the Senators.
